An icebreakers and initiatives program enhances relationships through powerful activities that naturally break down the walls that individuals put up and allows the group to know each other better as a team. The NEXT Step


This is a highly requested teambuilding program that focuses on building a more effective team through engaging challenges. The course involves a set of initiatives and low elements featuring group challenges that build throughout the session. Each challenge presents a new scenario for groups to work together in a way they haven’t had to before, evaluate their results and the learning opportunity within, and then apply their finding to real world working environments.

Synergy Combo Program


Our most requested type of teambuilding program consists of icebreakers, group activities, initiatives, low elements and high element challenges, often ending with a dual zip-line. It takes the group from being individuals to working as a team. When trust and communication with each other are enhanced, learning opportunities within the program help your team find solutions that apply to their daily work environment. Designed for your team to move forward with selected goals and objectives, teams work to improve their skills in a fun, interactive experience.
  • Group Size: 8-12 (We can accommodate a total of up to 120, with your team broken down into smaller groups.)
  • Timeframes: 6-8 hours 
  • Investment Range: $600-$960. (averaging $50-$80 per person)

Synergy Express


A shorter version of our most requested type of teambuilding program, Synergy Combo, Synergy Express consist of icebreakers, group activities, initiatives and/or a low element and then two high elements team challenges, ending with a dual zip-line. It takes the group to the next step of being a more effective team, enhancing trust and communication. Designed for your team to move forward with selected goals and objectives, teams work to improve their leadership skills in a fun interactive experience.
  • Group Size: 8-12 (We can accommodate a total of up to 48, with your team broken down into smaller groups.)
  • Timeframes: 3-4 hours 
  • Investment Range: $600-$780. (averaging $50-$65 per person)

High Teams Express


High Teams Express is a high elements experience that takes your group and engages them in traversing challenges at height. In small of groups of six, traverse two to four of our high team challenges, then celebrate your success with a dual zip-line exit.
  • Size: 8-12 (We can accommodate a total of up to 24, with your team broken down into smaller groups.)
  • Timeframes: 3-4 hours 
  • Investment Range: $600-$780 (averaging $50-$65 per person)

High Teams Experience


A full day high elements is an experience that takes your group and engages them in traversing challenges at height. Face six to eight of our high team challenges, then celebrate your success with a dual zip-line exit.
  • Group Size: 8-12 (We can accommodate a total of up to 24, with your team broken down into smaller groups.)
  • Timeframes: (5 to 7 hours) 
  • Investment Range: $750-$960 (averaging $65-$80 per person)

Couples Challenge


The Couples Challenge is a high elements experience that engages you and your partner in traversing challenges at height. Face six to eight of our high team challenges, then celebrate your success with a dual zip-line exit.

  • Timeframes: 2-3 hours 
  • Investment Range: $300-$420 (averaging $35-$40 per person)

Outdoor Recreation Station Rotation Experience


Designed for larger groups, we’ll start by dividing into smaller groups of 12-24 for some fun and engaging outdoor experiences. During the day, the groups will rotate through three-four outdoor areas of your choice: Low elements teambuilding, high teams course, pappelling, climbing wall, paddlesports (stand up paddleboarding, kayaking, or canoeing), raft building, disc golf, archery, and mountain biking

  • Timeframes: 6-8 hours 
  • Investment Range: $2,400-$7,800 (averaging $35 to $65 per person)

Competitive Edge – Teambuilding


Want to stir up a competition? This “Survivor” or “Amazing Race” type program will have teams competing against each other for times and can be designed as a fun reinforcement of core values or mission statements. Small teams will go through the problem solving model, listening to other’s ideas, being creative, and competing to win a team prize.

Team Development Course


A trust-building and problem-solving team litter carry handling initiative where your team faces seven difference challenges:  Horrible Hologram, Dreaded Divergence, Bermuda Triangle, Complex X, the Hurdle, Stumps, and the Darien Gap.

  • Timeframe: 4-6 hours
  • Investment Range: $600-$780 (averaging $50-$65 per person)

Zip-Line & Crate Climbs 


Groups enjoy zipping on our dual zip-line, and enjoy watching their friends engaging in crate climbs, a high element with a personal challenge. It is a different kind of activity where a participant works with a partner to stand on top of a tower of milk crates they have assembled. The climber is hooked up to a belay system, while their partner hands them crates. The climber must place the crates on top of each other while continuing to climb up them.

Rappel


Learn the basics of knot tying, belaying, and rappelling. Control your own descent from the tree houses on our challenge course, and walk away with a basic understanding of friction and rope systems.

Follow-up custom programs can be arranged to take your newly-formed team into working more efficiently together. An example of a group that would benefit from this type of program would be a team with new members or an organization with all new members who will have to be cohesive in the near future.

Introduction to Climbing


Enjoy climbing on the 50-foot Climbing Wall at James Island County Park, featuring more than 4,500 square feet of climbing space under the guidance of qualified staff to assist and belay your group. In addition, we’ll introduction you to the world of bouldering and our auto belay systems.
